According the Design-Build Institute of America, design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion – thereby re-integrating the roles of designer and constructor.

Design-build is a project delivery method we strongly believe in, and has therefore become part of our offered services. Being a part of the a design-build team, rather than competing for bids after schematics are completed, enables us to apply our expertise early on in the design process.
